Detroit Locker
The legendary Detroit Locker began the revolution in performance differentials and still leads the industry today. The Detroit Locker is the most durable and dependable locking differential available. The Eaton Detroit Locker maximizes traction by delivering 100% of the torque to both drive wheels. It is engineered to keep both wheels in a constant drive mode, and has the ability to automatically allow wheel speed differentiation when required. For more technical info, contact 800-386-1911 or www.eaton.com. From $470.99

Eaton’s Detroit Gearless
The power of lockers isn’t just for the big rigs. The serious traction provided by Eaton’s Detroit Gearless Locker dramatically changes both the fun and function of any ATV. By eliminating individual wheel spin you’ll be able to go new places and work on a much greater range of driving surfaces. The Detroit Gearless Locker doesn’t rely on internal gear teeth, so noise is almost non existent. Instead, the Detroit Gearless Locker’s locking power relies on high strength clutch discs energized by a Tunkenel-V Power Driver cross pin. For more technical info, contact 800-386-1911 or www.eaton.com.

Universal Cut-To-Fit Axles From Currie
Currie has developed a universal axle that fabrication shops can easily cut to the proper length to fit most popular applications. Called the Currie 9+ Universal Cut-To-Fit (CTF), the axles are made from 1541 forged induction heat-treated alloy. The secret is an exclusive “long-spline” design that allows the tips to be cut to the desired length. The outside end of each axle has a multi-pattern design. Just press the studs into the correct bolt-circle pattern and the axle is ready to be installed. For more information, call Currie at 714-528-6957 or go to www.currieenterprises.com.

Warn Front Hub Conversion for Late-Model Jeeps
This kit replaces all front non-serviceable hub assemblies found on 1984 and up Cherokees and 1987-present Wranglers. By converting to Warn hubs, owners can disengage the front driveline completely, which helps in flat towing. That means, the front axles won’t turn in 2WD, reducing drag and wear on components such as locking differentials. Drivers may also feel better steering response. Should a front axle break, that hub can be disengaged and vehicle can limp home in 3-wheel-drive. For more information, call Warn at 800-543-9276 or go to www.warn.com. $1218.99

ARB Air Locker
The ARB Air Locker is a driver-activated locking differential. Considered to be one of the most highly regarded traction aids in the 4x4 industry, the Air Locker is available for more than 100 axle applications. The ARB Air Locker’s patented locking mechanism is engaged by pneumatic pressure, which is supplied by an on-board air compressor. The driver controls the locking action with a dash-mounted switch. For more information, call ARB 4x4 Accessories at 800-761-8194 or go to www.arbusa.com. From $789.99

Currie-Built Rearend for Jeep YJ
Swapping to a tougher rear axle on a 1987-95 Jeep YJ is now an easy weekend project with the Currie Built Rearend (CBR) kit. It’s designed to replace the stock unit with a stronger assembly that offers better performance and more durability. These are not a reconditioned salvage piece; each CBR is assembled at the Currie factory by specialists using Currie-designed parts. The kit features the Currie 9-Plus round-back heavy-duty housing and 31-spline Currie axles. The spring pads and shock mounts are included but not welded. This allows the installer to set the correct pinion angle for each particular vehicle and application. The housing features Torino-style housing ends, and the axles have 1/4-inch thick bearing-retainer plates. A variety of brakes, including 11-inch drum, 11-inch disc or a Wilwood disc assembly can be bolted directly to the housing. The third-member can be ordered with any popular gear ratio and limited-slip or locking differential. For more information, call Currie at 714-528-6957 or go to www.currieenterprises.com. From $1020.99

231 Transfer Case Tail Shaft Conversion Kit
Shortening up the NP231 transfer case on the Jeep TJ, YJ and manual-equipped XJ allows the use of a 4-inch longer CV-style driveshaft. This Pro Comp kit, PN 4007, eliminates the slip yoke, allowing the use of the CV driveshaft, which is sold separately. Switching over the longer driveshaft improves driveline angle, reduces driveline vibration and cuts out the friction associated with the factory slip-yoke design. The conversion is also useful when lifting the vehicle as a transfer-case lowering kit may not be necessary. By keeping the transfer case in its stock location, ground clearance is not compromised. The new main shaft is about 20 percent larger and can handle the added torque of a 4:1 conversion or larger tires. Auburn Locker ECTED Differential
The Auburn electrical locking differential is now available for Dana 30 and 35 axles. The expanded application covers a wide range of vehicles, including Jeep, Ford, Dodge and some early Scout II models. Six part numbers are offered, including two for the Dana 30 7.2-inch ring gear with 27-spline axles. The remaining four are for the 7 5/8-inch ring gear Dana 35, including two for 27-spline and two for 30-spline axles. These differentials feature electronically controlled engagement for seamless shift between limited-slip operation for the street and full locker for off-roading or drag racing. All that’s required of the driver is flipping a switch on the dash for shift-on-the-fly control. Made from 9310 heat-treated materials, the differentials can accept C-lock axle shafts. For more information, go to www.auburngear.com. $727.99

Warn Premium Manual Hubs
Designed with hardcore off-roaders in mind, the Warn premium manual hub offers a 9/10-turn for robust engagement and disengagement. Other features include heavy detent for positive engagement, wave-spring technology that is more reliable than standard coil springs, all-metal construction and ZA alloy dial with dual seals to keep contaminants out. All Warn hubs are covered by a lifetime limited warranty. For more information, call Warn at 800-543-9276 or go to www.warn.com. From $93.99

Pro Comp Driveline Conversion For GM Trucks
Beef up the driveline on 1999-2006 GM trucks with this Pro Comp conversion kit. It features an externally splined, hardened-steel shaft that fits precisely into the factory front output shaft. An internal spacer and O-ring maintain the shaft’s proper depth and allow the Spicer 1310 yoke to be securely fastened to the output shaft. When used with the CV driveshaft, this design reduces vibration from the factory slip shaft, especially if a lift kit increases the driveline angle. The kit is popular with diesel owners who can run vibration free in 4HI at the manufacturer’s specified speeds. Two part numbers are offered: PN52446 is for GM 2500HD/3500 trucks with the Duramax/Allison transmission; PN52246 is for gas powered GM light-duty trucks with the 4L60E or 4L80E transmission. For more information, call Explorer Pro Comp 800-776-0767 or go to www.explorerprocomp.com. $667.99
