This is my 1972 Chevy truck that my dad, son and I tore down to the frame and completely rebuilt it. It has 39.5 Super Swampers, a 4” suspension, a 3” body lift, and a slightly “worked” 350 engine. The front bumper is off a 1949 Mack truck that was a pipeline truck. The tail lights are 1949 Cadillac bullets. Hood scoop is from a Mustang and the seats from a newer Blazer. With a B&M shifter it all works well together.

Sept 2004 began the transformation of this 1948 Willys to the Willy Mammoth. Two and a half years later it’s 25” longer and more Toyota than Jeep. A Nissan SD22 diesel engine paired to a Toyota 5 speed transmission and Marlin Crawler dual transfer case powers it. It sports ARB lockers in the Toyota diffs front and rear, Bobby Long Chromoly Axles, 38” Swampers, an onboard welder, air compressor and hydraulic winch, to name a few of the many mods.
