Painless CJ Replacement Harness

Painless Performance Wiring offers a 1975-86 CJ series factory replacement harness that you can just “plug in.” Almost every circuit on this harness is pre-terminated at both ends. All wires are color coded and labeled and all wire leads are pre-cut to proper lengths. This harness uses an OEM style bulkhead connector that attaches without any special brackets or modifications. The blade type fuse block wiring is factory installed and machine crimped. NOTE: Harness not engine specific or, equipped for computer controls. Painless Remote Master Disconnect Kit

Painless Performance has a master disconnect kit to isolate the battery from the Jeep’s electrical system. Disconnect is activated by a toggle switch which turns on or off a continuous duty solenoid. For anti-theft purposes the toggle may be placed (hidden) anywhere on the vehicle. Solenoid is placed in series in the positive battery cable. Warn Winch Mounting Plate

Off-roaders have two options from Warn for mounting their winch onto the Jeep TJ, YJ and CJ. First is a plate that mounts the 9.5ti and most other Warn winches to the Warn Rock Crawler bumper, standard factory bumper, or the optional factory tube bumper. For extra protection, add the grille guard tube, which is sold separately. Advance Adapters Trans-Fix

Advance Adapters now offers a transmission retrofit kit for the failure-prone Peugeot transmission found in 1987 to 1989 Wranglers. This kit offers a new, stronger transmission and moves the slave cylinder to a more serviceable position outside the vehicle. A bellhousing, transfercase bracket, new 23 spline input gear, and needed parts for the transmission mount are all included. Overall length is within 1/4 inch of the original assembly.
